Ajay Kuttemperoor is the Managing Member of AVK Law, LLC.  His practice is devoted largely to representing clients in every segment of the real estate industry – purchasing, selling, leasing and developing both commercial and residential properties.  Ajay has extensive experience in evaluating, structuring and negotiating new development and investment opportunities, as well as closing complex financing structures for a variety of real estate asset classes. 

Ajay’s expertise includes formulating and implementing procedures and strategies required for the acquisition, development, leasing and/or disposition of real estate, from pre-contract analysis through due diligence to closing.

Prior to entering private practice, Ajay served as the President and General Counsel of V. K. Development Corporation for 14 years, where he managed the acquisition, financing, entitlement, development, operation and disposition of a diversified real estate portfolio, with a value in excess of $600 Million including: (i) large-scale mixed-use communities; (ii) office and retail buildings; (iii) single family residential subdivisions; and (iv) multifamily rental projects, including both conventional market rate apartments and senior independent living facilities.
